1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FVKids.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Charitable Giving

FVKids is a project of Brothers for Christ, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are considered irrevocable gifts to the ministry. While we make every effort to honor donor intent for specific projects (such as child sponsorship or farm support), Brothers for Christ retains ultimate discretion and control over the use of all donated funds to ensure they are used in furtherance of our exempt purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (especially photos of children in our care), is the property of FVKids and protected by copyright laws. Use of these images without express written permission is strictly prohibited to protect the safety and privacy of the children.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FVKids or Brothers for Christ be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to FVKids.org shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Sponsorship Terms & Commitments

Charitable Intent: Sponsorship is a voluntary charitable contribution to Brothers for Christ. While funds are used to provide education, food, and medical care for a specific child, all donations are tax-deductible gifts to the ministry.

Communication Rules: To ensure child safety, sponsors agree never to attempt direct contact with a child via social media, phone, or in person without the express written permission and physical presence of a Brothers for Christ director.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly sponsorship at any time. We ask for 30 days' notice where possible so we can ensure the child’s needs continue to be met through our general fund during the transition.
